Email is an important part of the of using email, as all notifications of purchases/sales, offers, haggles and as well as general system working are sent via email. Please remember to enter ibootsale.co.uk and to your preferred senders list to ensure you receive these important emails.

Below are step by step instructions for some of the most common email providers:

For Hotmail Users

Once in your mailbox, click on the ‘Options’ tab (top right of your hotmail screen).
Click on Safe and blocked senders under Junk e-mail.
Click on Safe List and add and the domain ibootsale.co.uk to your safe list.
If you can find an iBootSale email in your Junk filter, simply open the email and click 'Mark as safe'.

For Blueyonder users

Please go to https://webmail.blueyonder.co.uk/ and log in using your username and password
Click on the OPTIONS button
Click on the link MANAGE MY BLOCKED AND ALLOW LISTS at the bottom of the page
Please check to ensure that the e-mail address is not listed in the BLOCKED list.
Finally please add to the ALLOW list.

For Yahoo users

Check if iBootSale email is in your Spam/Bulk box and if it is;
Click on 'Options' tab (top right of your Yahoo screen).
Click on ‘Spam Protection’ tab.
Click on ‘When I mark a message in the Bulk folder as Not Spam:’ tab.
Save changes.
Go back to Bulk box.
Click on iBootSale email again and click on ‘Not Spam’ tab.

For AOL Users

Once in your mailbox, click on the ‘Settings’ tab (top right of your AOL screen).
Click on 'Junk Spam Controls' then in the ‘Additional Spam Filters’ section
Click on ‘Control from Whom I get Mail’.
Click on 'Allow email only from senders on my Custom Sender List ’.
Add to your safe list.
